Join us on a 2.5 mile guided walk along the ridge of the Helm, near Oxenholme, as part of the Kendal Walking Festival.
Meet the native fell ponies and rare breed cattle who graze here, get to know more about the conservation work that Friends of the Lake District have undertaken here, explore the site of an iron age hill fort, see the diverse wildlife who frequent the tarn and enjoy 360 degree views from Morecambe Bay right over into the Lake District fells.
